Equal Pay for Equal Work

As a working mother of three, equal pay for women will be at the top of my legislative agenda.

There is absolutely no justification for the gender pay gap in 21st century America. Women are working the same jobs with the same skills and same education as men, but are still paid less. This inequality must end.

I'll work with advocates and experts to craft legislation to put Ohio at the forefront of the fight against pay inequality. I'll support legislation to ensure that every woman earns equal pay for equal work.
